Flexibility is pivotal to any specialist’s improvement. Increasing flexibility and range of motion allows for more consistent technique and prevents injuries. A warm bath is recommended before completing the AM or PM flexibility plan. Drink lots of water and stay hydrated for best results

Every user will have access to the Flexibility video library. Additionally, each user with have access to both an AM & PM Static Stretch routine design specifically for specialists.
